How long does my order take to ship?

All orders are carefully prepared and packed by hand from my studio in Australia.

Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipment. During busy periods or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes — I currently offer international shipping through Australia Post.

Shipping costs vary depending on destination, parcel size, and local import regulations. Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Every order includes tracking for peace of mind.

I am deeply grateful that my work is travelling across different parts of the world, and I do my best to package each piece safely and thoughtfully.

What is your return policy?

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of my work, I currently do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and I will do my best to help.

Each piece is created and packed with great care, and your understanding genuinely means a lot to this small studio.
